I forgot the password! |

If you have forgotten the password, which gives you
the access to ChronoControl options, don’t worry – you can always use your
personal registration key instead.
However, if you have forgotten the registration key
itself – send the name and email address you used when you
registered to the technical
support address. Your registration key will be sent again to the email
address you indicated in your registration.
 |
Caution! Since your registration
key can always be used as a master password, keep it secret from
those that shouldn’t be changing the options of ChronoControl. If,
for example, your child finds the registration key, he will be able
to use it to change the options and you will not know or control
it!

ChronoControl doesn’t let me watch movies normally, what can I do?

If you have a registered
Personal or Guard
version of ChronoControl you can easily tune ChronoControl so that you
may watch movies on your computer, no matter how long they are, without
any inconvenience. These are the tips on how to do this in the different
versions:

In case I have an important phone call and ChronoControl
has my computer locked, what do I do? |

If in your work you often receive important phone
calls and when doing so you need to have access to your computer, you are
recommended to use the Guard version of
ChronoControl.
In this version, you can enable the locking
Interruption mode. You can find details on this feature in the section
"Options"
"Advanced Options"
"Protection Levels".
You can find details on how to acquire the Guard version in the "Registration"
